Our Team

ADRIANA CAMPOS MEZA
SENIOR DESIGNER

Originally from Mexico, Adriana traded Guadalajara for the Austin design scene after graduating with her Architecture degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2017. She jumped straight into the deep end, managing high-end residential projects and even launching her own independent practice. Her architectural roots heavily shape her approach to interiors, viewing every floor plan through the lens of how people actually move, live, and connect daily. Adriana is passionate about crafting soulful, layered homes that feel deeply personal and warm. For her, great design is all about human connection. Outside the studio, she channels that same curiosity into exploring the great outdoors, scouting new travel destinations, or getting lost in a good book.

ASHLEY ONYEADOR
ASSOCIATE DESIGNEr

An Austin native with Nigerian roots, Ashley’s design journey started early—crafting custom tissue-box homes for childhood miniatures. That early spark took her all the way to Los Angeles, where she earned her architecture degree from USC, fabricated furniture, and studied abroad in Southeast Asia. Back in Austin, she built an eclectic freelance portfolio, designing everything from a New York bar to custom lighting fixtures. Ashley views interior design as a powerful tool rooted in history and context, always focusing on how thoughtful spaces impact both the individual mind and the community. Now, she brings that purposeful perspective to the team. Off the clock, find her channeling her eye for style into fashion and crochet, hitting local art fairs, or planning her next international escape.

KELSEY KARST
SENIOR DESIGNER

Always one to love a challenge, Kelsey picked up her life and moved from Colorado to Austin, officially trading in her ski boots for cowboy boots. While in Colorado, she worked for one of the largest home builders in the U.S., designing and managing over 180 residential homes nationwide. Specializing in residential design, she approaches every project as a canvas to blend old and new; modern living with timeless soul. Kelsey views interior design as a powerful medium to tell a story and evoke emotion, crafting spaces that are both visually striking and uniquely personal. For her, design has no boundaries. Her passion for creating beautiful interiors naturally flows into a love for fashion and personal styling. In her free time, find her hunting for vintage treasures, sewing, traveling, playing tennis, or unwinding with a great book.

Client Testimonials

We are just finishing up our second project with Allison and her team and we continue to be thrilled with the end results.

Their thoughtfulness, when it comes to how spaces will function and feel when being used, is a huge value add. The entire interior design matched our taste and family while meeting the budget we desired. Their attention to detail and ability to see the whole picture made a typically overwhelming process feel manageable and enjoyable. We would work with Allison a third time if we had the opportunity!

We completed a substantial remodel with Allison and her team in early 2018 and have since recommended them to other friends and colleagues. The process was collaborative, which was very important to us. At the same time, I am certain that we’d have been pleased with the results had we just sat on the sideline and let them execute with minimal oversight. In particular we appreciated Allison’s vision as to how to make small but very impactful changes to the layout of our historic home and really maximize its size and function. In that way (and many others) she created real value for us.
